Some questions to ask your insurance company are:

  • How many acupuncture visits do I have per year?
  • Is this year a calendar year or a benefit year?
  • Is there a copayment for acupuncture?
  • Do the acupuncture visits apply to my deductible?
  • If so, how much is my deductible and how much has been met this year?
